We are currently seeking to add a Human Resource Officer to our ever growing company.
The successful candidate will need to be a highly motivated, well organized, and multi-tasked individual.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Training employees on safety policies and procedures Perform safety meetings by advising and leading employees on various safety-related topics throughout all branches of NCI.
Collaborate with various departments and teams members Recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding of new employees Off boarding of employees Attend all required training courses from various sources and safety council meetings Collaborate with all levels in the organization to build safety culture Enforce the rules, regulations and policies as applicable from local/state/federal laws, in order to maintain a safe and orderly environment for all employees Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times Organized Multi tasking This is a Monday through Friday full-time position.
Professionalism and dedication are necessary, and traveling is a requirement for this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
