JOB SUMMARY Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the physician clinic with the supervision of the physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA).
Participates in patient and family teaching.
Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility's mission.
Provides coordination to the clinical staff as to patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Current Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Ohio.
Current BLS certification.
PREFERRED Two (2) or more years of previous experience in a physician office.
